What is a bespoke CRM?

A bespoke CRM is customer relationship management software built for one business. It tracks your customers, leads, jobs and conversations in the way your team already works, rather than a template built for everyone.

How much does a custom CRM cost in the UK?

UK agencies typically quote £15,000 to £50,000 for a bespoke CRM. Ours is a fixed price: £4,995 for a Business System, £7,995 with a customer portal, and from £9,995 for larger systems with integrations.

Should we build a CRM or use HubSpot or Salesforce?

Off-the-shelf CRMs suit some teams, but they charge per user every month and rarely fit your process exactly. A bespoke CRM fits how you work, has no per-user fees and belongs to you.

Can you move our data from spreadsheets or our old CRM?

Yes. We can import your existing customer list, and moving data from more complex systems is part of our Custom Platform.

Can it connect to email, Xero or our other tools?

Usually, yes. If a tool offers an API, as Xero and most email and calendar tools do, we can connect it. Integrations are part of our Custom Platform.

How long does a bespoke CRM take?
